Each accommodation can be occupied exclusively by the number of people indicated for that specific housing unit unless requested by the Customer to add a bed / cot (where this is possible), unless approved by the Management.

For the purposes of hygiene and food safety, it is forbidden for Customers to bring food or drinks into the room. 

For reasons of Public Safety, at any time, access to the accommodation is not allowed to other people other than those registered.

The use of drugs is forbidden, and it is strictly forbidden to smoke, light fires, use any type of stove, speak loudly, shout, slam doors and windows, connect any type of household appliance or acoustic system to the electrical system. in tow (with the exception of razor and electric toothbrush, cell phone and / or computer chargers, hearing aid for the hearing impaired).

Guests are asked to behave civilly and polite, avoiding disturbance and harassment inside the property, with particular regard to the time slots dedicated to rest (from 22:00 to 8:00).

Acts of rudeness are not allowed and measures will be taken immediately.

  It is strongly recommended to close and check the door and the windows of the room every time you leave the room, in order to avoid the subtraction of values from the rooms, for which the Management is not responsible, and, at the same time, to guarantee an adequate functioning of the system. of air conditioning.

The same consideration must be kept for the entrance doors to the floor and the door of the building which must always be closed.

It should be noted that the structure does not have a reception and surveillance service since it is a landlord. The Customer undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein.

Any damage caused voluntarily or due to carelessness and distraction will be charged at the cost of the restoration.

  Not being a hotel, there is no reception service and no type of surveillance, therefore we decline all responsibility for loss, theft, damage to objects of your property left inside the property.

ARRIVAL - CHECK IN: the availability of the accommodation is scheduled at 14:00 and check-in is possible until 19:00 (GMT +1), unless otherwise agreed with the Management with at least 24h advance notice.

Upon check in, the guest must pay for the stay by credit card  (VISA or Mastercard) or in cash, checks are not accepted.

At check-in it is required, by national regulation, to show a suitable document to certify the identity of all occupants, Identity Card or driving license for EUR countries, or Passport.

If a minor is expected to stay unaccompanied by his parents, the parents' identity document must be sent with their telephone number. The accompanying person assumes responsibility for the truthfulness of the documents sent.

Daily cleaning  of the rooms are made between 10 and 11:30. In the presence of people in the room during this time slot, it involves the cancellation of daily cleaning.

DEPARTURE CHECK OUT: The rooms must be vacated by 10.00 (GMT +1), unless otherwise agreed by the Management via email, to allow cleaning by the staff.

Maximum collaboration is recommended to allow the staff to properly sanitize the rooms.

An extra or the amount of the following night will be applied in case of non-compliance with the check out time.

The CHECK OUT can be done in complete autonomy, keep in mind that the Management only reserves the right to verify any damage to the premises and / or furnishings and complementary equipment, which will be charged to the Customer (for example: Lost magnetic key entails an equal charge at € 15.00).

Parking is not included in the price. We have fewer parking spaces than rooms, so you need to book in advance and pay at check-in. We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle that unfortunately may occur during the stay in our parking spaces.

On the day of departure we do not accept baggage in custody (Unless agreed with the management).

RESERVATIONS and PAYMENTS: Discounts and benefits are valid only for bookings made directly on our site. Telephone reservations are NOT accepted. The price of the rooms may vary depending on whether or not free cancellation is provided within 72 hours; in the event that this option has been chosen, if the 72-hour limit is not respected, the full amount of the stay will be charged; the same applies to reductions in stay or early departures; even in the case of guests less than that agreed upon at the time of booking, the full amount stipulated will be charged. If due to force majeure the reserved room is not available, the Management reserves the right to assign another similar one. The minimum age to rent a room is 18. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge (overnight stay in extra bed / crib). The maximum number of extra beds / cot allowed is 1 (not possible in some rooms).

  Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid for separately during your stay. Any type of extra bed or cot is available on request and subject to confirmation by the Management of the Landlord depending on the availability of the dedicated rooms.

 

TOURIST TAX: the municipal tax is € 2.50 per person per night up to 5 days.

The House Rules, the Terms and Conditions and all the information described in the different sections of the site in Italian are authentic.

Therefore, at the time of booking, what is written above in Italian is understood to be accepted. The English version has the sole purpose of illustrating the understanding of what is declared in Italian. Only the Italian version is valid in case of misunderstandings and disputes.
